Platform Solutions sits at the intersection of client success, media execution, and product enablement—ensuring self-service clients are successful using Tatari’s proprietary buying platform. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary day-to-day partner. You’ll guide clients through planning, launching, and optimizing TV campaigns across linear, streaming and programmatic, while helping them build confidence and expertise using the Company’s self-service platform. You’ll work closely with internal teams—including Media Buying, Product, Engineering, and Data Science—to deliver strong outcomes and a best-in-class client experience.ResponsibilitiesOwn post-sales relationships for a portfolio of self-service clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisorSupport and advise clients as they plan, execute, and optimize TV campaigns using the company’s self-service platformLead onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement to ensure clients are confident and effective users of the platformDevelop a deep understanding of client goals, uncovering and discovering unstated needs to proactively guide strategy and executionBecome a subject-matter expert in Tatari’s platform, buying capabilities, reporting, and measurement, and leverage internal teams to help solve client challengesGuide clients through campaign setup and optimization with a focus on performance outcomes (CPA, CAC, ROAS, etc.)Serve as the voice of TV and platform expertise in client meetings, clearly explaining strategy, results, and recommendationsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client feedback is addressed and insights are sharedBuild strong, long-term client relationships, including occasional in-person meetings and travel (up to ~10%)QualificationsBachelor’s degree from a four-year institution; majoring in marketing, economics, statistics, or business administration preferred1–2 years of hands-on experience buying/trading media across linear, streaming, and/or programmatic (DSPs)2+ years of experience in post-sales account management, client success, or client support roles, including exposure to senior or C-level stakeholdersExperience supporting performance-focused advertisers or agencies, with an understanding of metrics such as CAC and ROASStrong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and tell compelling stories with dataConfident presenter and active listener who comes prepared and adds value in every client interactionComfortable collaborating with engineers, data teams, and marketers—you’re a problem solver, not a salespersonHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client relationships effectivelyBonus: familiarity with broader digital marketing channels (e.g. SEM, FB), advanced excel skills, and experience with data visualization toolsBenefitsTotal compensation ($80,000 - $110,000/Annually)Equity compensationHealth insurance coverage for you and your dependents401K, FSA, and commuter benefits$150 monthly spending account$1,000 annual continued education benefit$500 Newbie Productivity PerkUnlimited PTO and sick daysMonthly Company Wellness Day OffSnacks, drinks, and catered lunches at the officeTeam building events Hybrid RTO of 2 days per week in office. At Tatari, we believe in the importance of cultivating teams with diverse backgrounds and offering equal opportunities to all.
