Real Estate Equity Associate | Dallas | AmLaw 50 Firm I’m working directly with an AmLaw 50 firm that’s actively growing its Real Estate Equity team in Dallas and looking to add a strong mid-level associate to the group.OVERVIEWTHE PRACTICE: High-value commercial real estate equity transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across a range of asset classesExperience: 4–6 YOE; top-tier firm experience required with substantive exposure to real estate equity deals and the ability to run key components of transactionsCompensation: $310K–$390K base (CRAVATH) and CRAVATH + MILIBANK BONUSESSetup: Dallas-based (hybrid)You’ll be working with a market-leading real estate platform on sophisticated, large-scale deals, with meaningful responsibility and direct involvement with major sponsors and institutional clients.
