This role focuses on configuring new devices and providing hands-on technical support to internal employees. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, basic IT troubleshooting experience, and the ability to support end users in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level support by answering Help Desk calls and assisting employees with technical issuesTroubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related problems and provide timely resolutionsConfigure, image, and deploy new devices including laptops, desktops, and iPadsSupport employees with device setup, migrations, password resets, and Microsoft Office applications
