Quality Inspector

You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality before products ship to customers. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn. What You’ll Do As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting manufactured parts to ensure they meet company and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include: Inspect sheet metal and injection-molded plastic parts for dimensional accuracy, appearance, and workmanship Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges Review parts against drawings, work instructions, and specifications Identify, document, and communicate non-conforming product Work closely with production, supervisors, and quality team to resolve issues Perform in-process and final inspections Maintain accurate inspection records and reports Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: High school diploma Experience in a manufacturing or inspection environment preferred Ability to read basic blueprints or part drawings Comfortable using inspection measuring tools Strong attention to detail Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed Preferred (But Not Required): Experience with sheet metal fabrication or plastic injection molding Quality inspection or QC experience Familiarity with ISO, quality procedures, or inspection documentation Basic computer skills for data entry What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 3% automatic company match Paid time off and 11 holidays Stable, long-term employment with a growing manufacturer.
