Job Description Adecco is assisting a local manufacturer in search of Production Operators in the Newfields, NH area! These are temp-to-hire positions offering competitive pay rates, overtime, and additional incentives!Schedules / Pay:3rd Shift - Monday - Friday from 10:00PM - 6:00AM - $21.87/HRJob Duties / Responsibilities / Requirements:Responsible for working on production line doing various tasks within the facilityTasks include assembling parts, trimming parts and inspecting partsOperate manual and automated equipmentDetermines machine adjustments and material requirements as specified in the job instructionsLoad and unload items from machines, carts, and dolliesPull damaged or ineffective equipment off the lineMark parts for identificationSets stops or guides to specificationsActivates machineOperate equipment safely and effectively for production processingMeet or exceed production standards in a repetitive manufacturing environmentVisually inspect work pieces for defects or malfunctionsStacks, marks, packs, and transports finished work piecesEnsure that equipment are maintained in good and safe working conditionInspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairsPerform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and qualityEvaluate equipment performance and recommend improvementsAssists other team members and promotes a team mentalityWork under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely mannerFollow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operationRecommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safetyMaintain the work area clean, safe and organizedMust have excellent attendanceFast-paced manufacturing environmentAble to read and write in EnglishAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsOther assigned dutiesIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply to this job posting with your resume and a Team Member will contact you directly!Pay Details: $21.87 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
