Holland & Knight is seeking a Staff Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in litigation, including drafting motions and negotiating settlements, within the consumer finance area. Prior experience representing banks, lenders, credit card issuers, and loan servicing companies is preferred.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters are essential.
