Snow Plow Truck Operators Nature’s Touch is beginning this year’s winter operations and hiring experienced Snow Plow Truck Operators for the upcoming snow season. We operate new, well-maintained equipment. Position Overview You’ll be responsible for clearing commercial lots, roads, walks, and properties using a plow truck (¾-ton or 1-ton with straight blade or V-plow; salter experience a plus). This role requires attention to detail, experience and safe vehicle operation, and the ability to work during storms—day or night. Must be available when it snows and throughout the duration of the storm. What You’ll Do Operate a plow truck with straight blade/V-plow (and salter if assigned) Clear commercial lots, entrances, loading zones, and drive lanes Assist with hand shoveling around tight areas, walkways, and entry doors when needed Maintain safe equipment operation at all times Communicate with dispatch and coworkers during events Complete routes efficiently and professionally What We Offer New, well-maintained equipment Great pay based on experience (rate listed is for experienced commercial snowplow operators) Requirements Experience operating plow trucks (straight blade or V-plow; salter a plus) Valid driver’s license Ability to work during winter storms Reliable transportation to the job site Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs (shoveling required) Apply today—positions fill fast!
