This is a full-field, general market execution role covering both on-premise and off-premise accounts.You will be responsible for building distribution, driving trial, and ensuring strong depletion velocity across all account types—from bars and restaurants to liquor stores and retail chains.This is a ground-floor market build role. Success is defined by execution in the field, not desk-based planning.Core MissionBuild Naked Diablo from zero into a high-velocity, must-stock brand in Wisconsin by:Opening new accounts across on-premise and retail channelsDriving strong in-store and in-bar product visibilityGenerating trial, repeat purchase, and reorder behaviorTurning early placements into consistent, high-performing accountsKey ResponsibilitiesAccount DevelopmentBuild and grow relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, grocery, and chain accountsOpen new accounts and expand distribution across priority markets (Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, and surrounding areas)Work closely with distributor partners to identify and secure high-potential accountsField ExecutionBe in the market daily visiting accounts, conducting tastings, and building relationshipsExecute in-store sampling, bar activations, and staff trainingsEnsure strong shelf placement, menu placement, and in-venue visibilityVelocity & PerformanceTrack depletion and reorder behavior at the account levelIdentify high-performing accounts and scale focus accordinglyQuickly address underperforming placements with corrective action or repositioningDistributor CollaborationPartner closely with distributor teams to align on priorities and executionProvide real-time feedback from the field to improve placement quality and sell-throughHelp drive internal distributor focus through demonstrated velocityMarket PresenceRepresent Naked Diablo at events, launches, and market activationsBuild authentic relationships with key buyers, operators, and staffBe a visible, active presence in the Wisconsin marketIdeal Candidate2–6+ years experience in alcohol sales, hospitality, or high-growth CPG field rolesStrong relationship-building skills within on-premise and/or off-premise channelsComfortable managing a full territory independentlyHigh level of execution discipline and accountability in the fieldStrong communication skills and ability to open doors quicklyEntrepreneurial mindset—thrives in early-stage, build-from-scratch environmentsBonus if you have:Existing Wisconsin account relationshipsDistributor or supplier-side spirits experienceBartending, beverage director, or hospitality background
