This role ensures consistent delivery, strong cross-functional coordination, and high-quality execution across brand programs and RFP opportunities.Key Responsibilities IncludeLead, mentor and manage a team of Associate Program Managers and Program Managers, ensuring consistent execution across all active programsOversee day-to-day program execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met across the project portfolioDrive consistency in program management practices, tools, and documentation across the teamPartner with Senior Program Managers on high-complexity and executive-visible opportunitiesAct as escalation point for risks, dependencies, and resource constraintsEnsure strong cross-functional alignment across Product, Design, Sourcing, Marketing, Sales, and Operations Support prioritization of program work in alignment with Director and business objectivesImprove program execution processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalabilityEnsure high-quality RFP responses, deliverables, and internal readiness across all programsDevelop team capability through coaching, feedback, and performance managementQualifications IncludeBachelor’s degree required5-7+ years sales, marketing, product or project management experience.2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing team membersStrong program and project management expertise (planning, risk management, resource allocation, reporting)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence and develop othersExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills requiredAbility to travel occasionally (10% or less)The hybrid schedule for this role includes in-office work on Tuesdays - Thursdays, and additional onsite days may be required during the training period.
