Assignment Details Start Date: January 13, 2025 End Date: January 26, 2025 (ongoing dates available) Shifts: Scheduled clinical hours plus on-call responsibilities Setting: Inpatient and outpatient EMR Systems: Athena & Meditech Call Requirements: Call response time: 30 minutes Average calls: 2???3 phone consults, 2???3 patients seen daily Call ratio: 1:1 Practice Highlights Patients Per Shift: Approximately 15 Beds in Department: 10 Procedures & Skills: General urology and advanced techniques, including laparoscopic surgeries, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and robotic surgery Pediatric and adult urology care Ultrasound-guided biopsies, fertility evaluations, and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) Privileges: Temporary hospital privileges available Support and Supervision Team: Includes RNs, MAs, and PAs/NPs Supervision Requirements: Supervise advanced practice providers Qualifications Licensure: Must hold an active Virginia medical license Board Certification: Board eligibility accepted Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days Travel and Lodging Nearest Airport Lodging: Comfortable accommodations available nearby Why This Opportunity?
