The Sales Ops Planner reports to the National Accounts Supervisor and is responsible for delivering results and leading major strategic planning initiatives that are critical to current and future business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
. Serves as liaison between the customer and various internal departments
. Manages order entry and auditing of National Account Managers released orders
. Sets up new accounts, maintains records, prepares reports and performs work processing assignments and related administrative duties
. Establishes customer inventory targets and maintains appropriate levels
. Resolves customer requests, questions and issues
. Manage new forklift specification changes
. Communicate and coordinate truck delivery, pre-delivery inspection and modification work with servicing dealers
. Investigation and processing of credits/debits
. Establishes and maintains department data or databases
. Maintain KPIs that are set for team
. Manage aftermarket work request
. Update customer's build status
. Manage internal improvement activities related to department goals
. Coordinate meetings with National Account Managers and Manufacturing facility
. Project management for National Accounts
Educations and Experience Needed:
Minimum of Associate's degree in Business or 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Project Management
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with Excel formulas and data analytics
Strong verbal and written communication skills and decision making ability
Strong desire to learn
Excellent customer service skills
