This role is ideal for a securities lawyer with significant experience managing structured securities offerings, particularly within the real estate space. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions involving public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage structured securities offerings within the investment funds and real estate sectorsAdvise clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and restructuringsRepresent REITs, institutional investors, and real estate companies across a range of sophisticated transactionsDraft and review offering documents and transaction agreementsCoordinate deal execution and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholdersProvide strategic legal guidance on complex real estate finance and securities mattersQualifications6+ years of experience in securities law, with a focus on structured offeringsStrong background in commercial real estate, including finance, acquisitions, and dispositionsExperience representing REITs and institutional investors preferredPrior experience at an Am Law 100 firm strongly preferredExcellent analytical, drafting, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and sound business judgmentAbility to manage multiple complex matters and work both independently and collaborativelyRequirementsJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive bar admission in the jurisdiction of practiceWork EnvironmentHybrid work model with regular in-office presence and flexibility for remote workCompensation & BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary range of $260,000 – $390,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
