About the Opportunity:The Representative I (Remote), Customer Care role is designed to deliver high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via telephone or email. This position supports customers in scheduling and verifying pickups, handling complaints, and directing concerns to appropriate channels, thereby maintaining customer satisfaction and operational flow.3. Responsibilities:• Schedule, verify, and investigate pickups• Resolve customer issues and direct concerns to appropriate parties• Respond to customer inquiries with clarifying information through research• Maintain communication with management and escalate issues as needed• Build rapport with customers in a courteous and professional manner• Document customer interactions in the CRM system following standard procedures• Meet Quality Assurance standards and key performance metrics• Participate in department meetings• Maintain company-issued equipment and report connectivity issues promptly• Provide product and service information and identify upselling opportunities• Suggest improvements to customer service and productivity• Provide incidental receptionist coverage when needed• Maintain regular attendance4. Requirements:• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience• Flexibility to work various shifts and additional hours as needed• Professional, confident, and friendly demeanor with strong work ethic• Ability to handle diverse customer communication styles calmly and professionally• Effective and accurate communication skills, both written and verbal• Call center or customer-facing experience preferred; transportation industry knowledge a plus• Empathy and attentive listening skills• Ability to navigate multiple websites and computer screens effectively• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and AS/400 systems beneficial• Ability to lift approximately 20 pounds as required• Compliance with company policies, rules, procedures, and Code of Conduct• Ability to work independently or as part of a team• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment• Ability to interpret and comply with safety rules, procedures, and instructions• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, random tests, and criminal background check• Authorization to work in the United States5.
