The renewables team will perform the project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup for the Mammoth South, Central I and Central II project for a 376MW DC each (Total of 1.1GW DC) solar plant in Pulaski County, Indiana.The Project Registered Nurse provides and/or monitors the medical and first-aid treatment programs on projects or facilities. Performs registered nursing duties in accordance with medical directives approved by the consulting physician and local governing agencies.RN with a minimum of two clinical practicing nursing experience, including previous and related experience in the construction field.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide occupational, primary and emergency medical services to all Project personnelAdministers initial first aid treatment to injured or ill personnel and renders subsequent follow-up treatment as needed under the direction of a consulting physicianProvide occupational health and injury management advice, support and direction to enable successful resolution of work injury and health related issuesEvaluates injuries and/or illnesses which require the services of a physician or hospital and makes referrals as necessaryCarry-out safe standards of nursing care according to legislation, Standard Operating Project policies and proceduresEnsure that all medical equipment is in working order and properly maintainedEstablish and manage a monthly equipment checklist register; the asset register; the equipment maintenance and calibration scheduleMake weekly inventory of drugs, equipment and consumablesComplete monthly procurement requests to maintain adequate supplies of medications, consumables and equipmentEnsure medications and supplies are properly stored and within use-by datesInspect and accept shipments of medications and suppliesDispenses medication in accordance with scope of clinical practice and clinical practice guidelinesSupports the project drug and alcohol testing program and conducts drug and alcohol screeningsEstablishes and maintains electronic medical records and prepares related reports as required by the project and ES&H Core ProcessesProvides certified First Aid / CPR training to the site First Aid/Rescue TeamFacilitation of the Project's Return to Work Program in conjunction with the workers compensation teamAssists risk management in claims managementPerform other ES&H duties/training as requiredPrepares incident reports as requiredQualificationsRequired:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BS/BSN) requiredAppropriately licensed, qualified, and registered to practice in the state of Indiana as a Registered Nurse2–5 years of relevant experience in occupational health and emergency nursing, and a valid nursing license for the location assignedCurrently practicing as an RN / OHNCurrent certification to carry out drug and alcohol testingCurrent Basic Life Support certificate requiredCurrently practicing as an RN / OHNCurrent certification to carry out drug and alcohol testingProficiency in basic Microsoft computer programs (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.)Knowledge of establishing and organizing a first aid/emergency treatment facilityPreferred:Post-graduate qualification in Occupational healthExperience in working on construction sitesExperience with workers compensation and regulationsPrior experience in occupational health nursing, emergency room, or intensive care unitCurrent certification as a first aid / basic CPR instructorCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) qualificationsThe right to work and remain in the United States without sponsorshipBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientTrusted engineering, construction, and project management partner serving Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Technology, Mining & Metals, and Nuclear, Security & Environmental sectors.
