Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a veterinarylicense in the state of Kansas. Internship training or three years ofExperience In Veterinary Practice Is Required. The Successful Candidatewill join a well-supported clinical skills and surgery team. Thisposition will work collaboratively with faculty and staff in theClinical Skills and Surgery section to further the clinical skills andsurgery training and assessment of K-State veterinary students. Specificduties include assisting with laboratory exercises, supervising andassessing student performance, and contributing to hands-on portions ofClinical Skills and Applied Surgery Courses and curriculum development.Instructional activities will encompass skills and scenarios relevant tosmall animal and large animal practice, with emphasis on corecompetencies applicable to the four principal species.
