Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This full-time position (37-40 hours per week) runs from July 22, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and offers the chance to serve a diverse population with a broad range of abilities in a supportive educational environment.Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive OT services across several attendance areas, including Pageland, Chesterfield, Cheraw, Jefferson, or McBee. You'll play a vital role in screening and evaluating students, developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and delivering ongoing consultation to help each learner succeed. This is an opportunity to collaborate closely with educators, families, and fellow specialists while traveling between sites to support students in 3K through 12th grade.Qualifications and Desired Experience:Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in South CarolinaPrevious school-based OT experience preferredAbility to assess and support students with a range of abilitiesStrong collaboration and communication skillsExperience developing IEPs and working as part of a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to student-centered care and inclusive practiceCore Responsibilities:Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine student needsDevelop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and progressConsult regularly with teachers, families, and school teamsProvide direct and consultative OT servicesTravel between school sites in the designated attendance areasMaintain documentation and adhere to school and district guidelinesThis contract role provides you with the ability to truly change students' lives through your expertise and dedication.
