The individual carries direct accountability across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements through execution, operating as the central point of coordination across business and technical domains. You will play a key role in aligning teams, improving workflows, and ensuring delivery of scalable digital solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Job Description:Act as the bridge between Product and Engineering for an embedded AdTech engineering organizationPartner closely with engineering leadership, tech leads, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives aligned and moving forwardOwn Agile delivery processes across multiple engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives, and velocity trackingCoordinate work across 6 engineering teams supporting similar initiatives across different platforms/devices (iOS, platform/device variations, etc.)Manage and maintain Jira boards, sprint health, reporting, dependencies, priorities, and timelinesHelp clearly define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and engineering effortsWork with tech leads who are currently balancing both engineering and Agile coordination responsibilities to reduce operational overhead and improve execution flowFacilitate communication between U.S. and India-based teams to ensure alignment across time zones and maintain delivery momentumIdentify blockers, push back where necessary, and help prioritize workstreams based on business and engineering impactTrack sprint velocity, delivery metrics, risks, and resource allocation to support predictable executionEnsure engineering teams can respond quickly to changing product priorities while maintaining sprint discipline and operational efficiencyParticipate in backlog planning and sprint coordination meetings, including occasional late evening meetings to support India/U.S. collaboration (typically 1-2x per week) Requirements:5-10 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst rolesProven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product and Engineering teamsStrong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including facilitation of all ceremoniesDeep working knowledge of Jira and associated project and workflow management toolingDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects from concept through delivery across multiple concurrent workstreamsStrong business analysis skills, including gathering requirements, documentation, and scope managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt register and detail for varied audiencesExperience communicating project status and risk to senior and executive-level leadershipExperience coordinating work across distributed teams in multiple time zones
