Each of our 100+ offices has its own individual identity, and each also has its own unique rewards.Contract: 12 months (with potential extension based on performance)Client: A leading multinational telecommunications company – MotorolaOverviewAs a Localization Engineer – PC, you’ll ensure global readiness of PC products by enabling seamless localization workflows, technical integration, and automation.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, analyze, and process files for translation across PC titles.Build and maintain scripts/tools to automate localization workflows.Collaborate with linguists, PMs, and developers to integrate localized assets.Troubleshoot encoding, formatting, and file conversion issues.Validate localized builds and ensure proper implementation.Maintain documentation for tools, workflows, and processes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.2–4+ years in localization engineering, or related technical role.Knowledge of localization workflows and formats (JSON, XML, CSV).Familiarity with scripting (Python)Experience with Linux bash terminalKnowledge in pipeline automationFamiliarity with Git or version control tools.Tech StackLanguages: Python, Bash/PowerShell.Formats: JSON, XML, CSV, HTML, YAMLTools: Git, Jenkins/CIEnvironment: Windows/PC pipelines.Nice to Have: build automation tools.
