ERP Systems Manager - Manufacuring

We're looking for an experienced ERP Administrator / ERP Systems Manager to join a leading manufacturing company and take ownership of its ERP ecosystem. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with production, warehouse, inventory, and business teams to optimize manufacturing operations and drive continuous process improvements.What You'll DoOwn and support the day-to-day ERP environment.Partner with production, warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and operations teams to improve business processes.Analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance ERP functionality.Lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projects.Create reports, dashboards, and SQL queries to support business needs.Train end users and provide ongoing ERP support.Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.What We're Looking For5+ years of ERP administration or ERP systems management experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong experience with one or more manufacturing ERPs such as Epicor, Dynamics 365, Infor, SYSPRO, JD Edwards, NetSuite, or similar.Strong SQL/SQL Server skills.Experience with inventory, warehouse, production, MRP, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.Experience with Salesforce and/or Monday.com is a plus.Ability to work 100% on-site and collaborate directly with manufacturing teams.
