Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Lincoln Electric is a $4.2B publicly traded company (NASDAQ:LECO) with over 12,000 employees around the world, with operations in 71 manufacturing and automation system integration locations across 21 countries and maintains a worldwide network of distributors and sales offices serving customers in over 160 countries.Pay Range: ($24 - $28)Target Bonus: 5.0%Location: BettendorfReq ID: 27900Position SummaryResponsible for doing multiple set ups per shift and machining weldments, block work of all sizes, Flame/grind plates, pins, etc. in a timely manner, while maintaining exceptional quality.Job ResponsibilitiesIndependently set-up and operate 5 axis CNC machine, to machine parts per print efficiently and accuratelyInspects work for conformance to specificationsMaintain little to no re-work or scrapSafely operate forklifts and overhead cranesMaintains satisfactory attendance and punctuality recordKeep work area clean and organizedPerform other job-related duties as assignedExperience And Skills5-7 years minimum experience as a machinistPrior experience setting up and operating HAAS VMC’s and Mazak LathesHigh attention to detail and qualityA good knowledge base and understanding of M and G codeMazatrol programming experience a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprintsUnderstand basic GD&T calloutsAbility to accurately use standard measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauge, etc.)Ability to setup and run “one-off” parts to print efficiently and accuratelyMust work well under pressureExcellent team player with organizational and time management skillsNonessential Skills And ExperienceSafety (OSHA, SDS), ANSI (RIA) standards.
