Surgical Tech Location: Springfield, OR Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,796 to $1,996 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/10/2026 About the Position Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The clinician will prepare the operating room, manage the sterile field and surgical equipment, pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon, perform sponge and instrument counts, and handle specimens to support patient safety and efficient care delivery. Minimum Requirements: Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from a CAAHEP- or programmatically-accredited surgical technology program and successful completion of the NBSTSA CST examination. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Minimum 2 years of OR surgical technologist experience. Travel assignments require at least 2 years of experience plus prior travel experience (preferred). Demonstrated expertise in total joint and orthopedic spine cases. Experience with Da Vinci robotic surgical systems and associated instrumentation. Experience working 10-hour shifts and ability to work four shifts per week as required by the client (preferred). Willingness and ability to participate in call rotation, with a minimum of four call shifts per month. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift name: Days. Shift hours: 06:30–17:00. Shift pattern: 10-hour shifts, four shifts per week. Call requirement: Minimum of four call shifts per month. Float requirement: May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
