Technical Program Manager REMOTE Contract to hireJob SummaryThe Technical Program Manager supports GRC initiatives, including assisting with PCI audits and NIST RMF assessments. This role supports the Vendor Risk Management program and the document management program, helping to integrate security and compliance requirements across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport audit readiness: Assist in leading PCI, NIST RMF, and other compliance assessments, helping with evidence collection and remediation tracking.Maintain operational tracking: Utilize Jira/Asana to track compliance status, timelines, and blockers under the guidance of senior team members.Support GRC workstreams: Help identify risks, track dependencies, and resolve blockers.Facilitate compliance: Partner with Legal, Procurement, and technical teams to help integrate security requirements into vendor onboarding.Manage documentation: Oversee the lifecycle (creation to archival) of GRC-related controlled documents, ensuring version control and accuracy.Engage with technical teams: Collaborate with security/engineering teams to understand control implementation and support remediation efforts.Reporting: Assist in the preparation of GRC reporting (monthly/quarterly) to provide visibility into compliance status and audit progress.QualificationsExperience: Generally, requires 3–5 years of experience in information security project management or GRC/Compliance. Experience in the Ecommerce industry is a plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing issue-tracking tools (Jira/Asana) to support GRC workflows.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.Education: Bachelor’s degree in management information systems or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
