DescriptionStrategic Advisor and Operations Lead, Checking and DepositsThis senior and highly visible individual contributor role sits within the Checking and Deposits organization and serves as an enterprise partner to senior leadership, providing strategic and operational leverage across a complex, highly matrixed business. The position goes well beyond administrative support and involves owning executive level work that shapes how the business is run, including developing leadership ready materials that synthesize complex financial, operational, and performance data into clear, decision focused narratives. The role partners closely with executives to translate strategy into action, establish disciplined operating rhythms, drive cross functional initiatives, and coach others on effective executive communication and presentation standards critical to sustained business performance.Locations and Work ArrangementRemote is not an option. Candidates must be willing to commute to one of the following hub locations with a hybrid schedule of four days onsite and one day remote per week, with flexibility, in one of the following hubs.* Wilmington, DE* Philadelphia, PAStrategic Presentation and Executive CommunicationLead development of executive level presentations that synthesize complex financial, operational, and performance dataCraft clear narratives aligned to strategic priorities and business outcomesTrain and coach others on effective executive communication and presentation standardsCross Functional Team MobilizationAssemble and structure cross functional teams to execute priority business initiativesDefine clear objectives, roles, and success measuresDrive collaboration and accountability across product, technology, operations, risk, and financeBusiness Performance Reporting and DashboardsOwn end to end coordination of business performance reportingCollect, validate, and integrate financial, operational, and market dataMaintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting artifacts tailored to different audiences, including executives and boardsCommunication Cadence and Update Channels* Design and manage regular communication forums and update channels* Ensure timely sharing of performance metrics, risks, issues, and opportunitiesMeeting, Agenda, and Operating Rhythm ManagementSet and manage agendas for broader leadership and team forumsCoordinate recurring meetings, track decisions, and ensure follow through on action itemsMaintain discipline around priorities and execution cadenceOffsite and Planning Event Leadership* Lead planning and execution of offsite meetings, workshops, and team events* Own agenda design, logistics, facilitation, and post event follow up to drive actionStrategic Initiative CoordinationServe as central coordination point for major strategic initiativesMonitor timelines, resourcing, budgets, and dependenciesPartner with senior leaders to ensure initiatives deliver intended outcomesProcess Improvement and Operational Excellence* Identify opportunities to streamline support processes and improve efficiency* Introduce best practices and leverage tools and technology to enhance productivityRisk Management and Compliance* Ensure all activities align with risk management and compliance standards* Partner closely with legal, finance, and risk teams to maintain integrity in reporting and communicationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fieldAdvanced degree preferredEight or more years of experience in business operations, executive support, or large scale program managementStrong experience in strategic planning, executive communications, and cross functional leadershipExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing prioritiesHigh proficiency with productivity tools, analytics platforms, and presentation softwareReporting StructureReports directly to the Head of DepositsPartners closely with business leaders, project leads, and executive stakeholdersMay have direct people leadership responsibility for business support resourcesSuccess MeasuresQuality and impact of executive presentations and communicationsEffectiveness of cross functional team mobilization and deliveryAccuracy, timeliness, and usability of performance reportingStrength of operating rhythm, meeting discipline, and execution follow throughSuccessful planning and outcomes from offsites and strategic eventsContinuous improvement in support operationsAdherence to risk and compliance standardsPay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $127,000 to $184,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
