Job DetailsDescriptionArrowwood Apartments (LCOR) is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team.Job Responsibilities For The Position IncludeTouring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartmentsAnswering leasing calls and responding to on-line inquiriesProcessing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly / monthly reportsResolving resident issues or concernsCoordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residentsMarketing of the community thru online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.Successful Candidates Should Possess The Following Job Requirements1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management1 to 3 years’ experience with high rise and lease upKnowledge of Yardi SoftwareSome college experience is preferredExperience with Montgomery County’s Dwelling Unit (MPDU) program is preferredClass A Highrise / lease – up experience is preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsWorking most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week)Working during inclement weather is also necessaryWe offer a competitive salary, a generous benefits package, opportunities for advancement and a friendly work environment!
