Pride Health is seeking qualified candidates for a Social Worker (LCSW) to support one of our client’s healthcare systems in Eloy, Arizona. This is a contract assignment with a strong potential for extension and an excellent opportunity to work with a leading healthcare organization.Position Details:Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator (Behavioral Health)Location: Eloy, ArizonaSchedule: 40 hours per weekShift: 5x8 Days (8-hour shifts)Contract Length: 13 WeeksCompensation:Travel Pay Range: $2,200 – $2,286 per week (DOE)Job Summary:The Mental Health Coordinator will provide non-medical clinical mental health services within a correctional facility. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering ongoing mental health support while ensuring compliance with all facility standards and maintaining strict confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and clinical interviewsDevelop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plansProvide counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing mental health supportMonitor patient progress and adjust care plans as neededMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationEnsure compliance with facility policies and confidentiality standardsExperience Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience – RequiredAt least 2 years in a similar role – RequiredExperience in correctional healthcare – PreferredEducation:Master’s Degree in one of the following – Required:Social WorkPsychologyMental Health CounselingRelated clinical fieldCertifications & Licensure:Active LPC / LCSW / LMFT license in the practicing state – RequiredValid Driver’s License – PreferredMust be at least 18 years oldSkills:Strong clinical assessment and counseling abilitiesAbility to manage crisis situations effectivelyExcellent documentation and communication skillsAbout Pride HealthPride Health, a minority-owned organization, specializes in delivering tailored staffing solutions by leveraging diverse expertise in recruiting and account management.
