Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Properly setup and operate SMT equipment
Maintains appropriate maintenance, inventory and repair logs
Provide process feedback for continuous improvement
Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a lean manufacturing environment with attention to continuous flow and detail.
Ability to read, interpret, and understand Op Sheets and Production Flow
Basic knowledge of computers.
Must be Component ID certified.
Must have basic SMT soldering inspection skills.
Proficient in operating the Screen Printer, Pick and Place Machines, Re-flow Ovens and AOI.
Ablility to multi-task effectively.
Proficient at MCS and Bar Menu.
Ability to alert lead of quality trends or issues you see happening or about to happen.
Ability follow all of MOR Manufacturing’s processes
Ability to suggest red-lines to OP sheet to Lead and Management.
Must be able to do machine daily and weekly maintenance while keeping log sheets updated.
Must be able to read, interpret, and understand Customer Assembly Documentation
Must follow all of MOR Manufacturing’s processes.
Must be mechanically inclined
Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Must be humble, passionate about your job, and treat others with the greatest of respect.
Education and Background
HS Diploma or equivalent
SMT inspection certified or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and be able to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to stand for the duration of shift
