Business Valuation Senior Manager Or Director Will lead valuations for privately/publicly held businesses, intangible assets, complex securities, and more. If you are looking for a dynamic work environment with room to grow, this is the position for you!Lead valuations of private and public companies, intangible assets, loan and debt obligations, and complex securities in the context of financial reporting, tax and regulatory reporting, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and management planningExecute changes made during the review process to draft valuation reportsManage reporting deadlines and project phases to deliver drafts to reviewSupervise assembly and maintenance of work papers that support valuationsConduct final review of financial statement spreads in valuation model template for completion and accuracyReview and analyze ratio and common size analysesOversee the completion of financial models including projections, discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, complex securities, and analyses of guideline public companies and comparable M&A transactionsReview of third-party business and intangible asset valuation reports for audit supportCapacity to understand subject company's operations sufficiently to identify public company comparisons using various software databasesPerform analyses of financial statements, business plans, and economic and industry researchManage client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines and lead change efforts effectivelyAssist with practice management and development by way of mentoring and training staff, providing timely and effective performance feedbackBusiness developmentWhat skills you'll bring:At least six years of experience in business valuation or similar roleBachelor's degree or master's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA or CPA eligibility preferredSignificant experience with Word and ExcelStrong analytical skillsStrong financial modeling skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
