DescriptionBehavioral Health Skills TrainerLocation: Salem, Oregon (Community-based)Employment Type: Full-time (Daytime, Evenings)Salary: Starting at $19.23/hourDate Posted: April 7, 2026About The RoleClarvida is seeking a Skills Trainer to provide direct, community-based skills training to youth with identified behavioral and/or mental health concerns who are placed in DHS resource homes. In this role, you will work as part of a youth’s Service Team, developing and implementing individualized Service Plans that focus on skill-building, stabilization, and placement success.Services are delivered during times that are most meaningful for youth and families, which may include evenings, early mornings, and occasional weekends.
