That is where you come in.The roleWe are looking for an Technical Development Analyst who wants to turn emerging technology into real applications. You will work across AI research, experimentation, strategy and implementation, from testing new models and building prototypes to exploring how AI can improve client workflows and our own way of working.Working alongside strategists, researchers and designers, you will help turn “what can AI do?” into “how can we actually use it?”What will you do?Explore new AI models, tools, agents and emerging technologiesResearch developments in AI and translate them into implications and opportunitiesIdentify where AI can create real value within organizationsHelp integrate technology, AI & automations into client processes, teams and ways of workingSupport larger technology & AI strategy and transformation projects for our clientsTurn technical possibilities into clear recommendations for non technical audiencesShare what you learn and help our wider team become better at working with AITake ownership of your own AI experiments and projects as you growWhat are we looking for?You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program and already actively experimenting with AI. You are curious about new models, tools and workflows and want to understand what they can actually do. We are looking for someone who:Has programming experience (Python and/or Javascript)Has experience with version control (Git)Is deeply interested in AI, LLMs and emerging technologyEnjoys building, testing and iterating rather than only researchingIs analytical and can separate hype from genuine potentialTakes interest in privacy and securityCan explain technical ideas clearly to people who are not technicalIs comfortable learning tools independently and moving quicklyTakes ownership and communicates proactively in a remote environmentIs interested in how AI changes organizations, industries and societyIs fluent in English and preferably also speaks DutchExperience with things like APIs, automation platforms, AI agents, prompt engineering or rapid prototyping is a strong plus.
