Physician Surgery-General - Competitive Salary

Job DescriptionI represent a permanent Orthopedic Total Joint position with a great client in Illinois, just south of Champaign, East of St. Louis. If interested, please call, text, or email and I will send links for review:Practice Overview:•Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties•Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties•Ranked in top 5% of Hospitals for Orthopedics •Join 4 General, 1 Spine, and 3 APPs Orthopedic Team •Strong referral base, including Family Sports Medicine – 40 percent of referrals go straight to surgery•State of the art facilities Airo/O-Arm, MAKO, CT scanners, PET, Rosa Knee system, – Will support additional equipment as needed•2 clinic days, 2 OR days, flexible •1:5 call – Not a trauma center•Goal is to get provider up to exclusively Adult Reconstructive with an emphasis on total knee and hip, but they will see some general volume as the practice builds towards that.Compensation:•780k base salary with 75k sign on•Additional earning through production and quality bonuses•100K retention bonus (20K per year over 5 years)•Hospital funded pension plan:oHospital contributes $45,000 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5oHospital contributes $90,000 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6•Additional 403b with 4 percent match•PTO: 33 days annually•1 Week CME with 6,000 allowance•Comprehensive benefits•Some providers earning over a million Community Overview:•Thriving, family friendly community is 50 minutes south of Champaign, a community of over 85,000•2-hour drive to St. Louis and Indianapolis•Less than 3 hours' drive to Chicago•Hospitalist does not have to live in the community•Diverse, affordable real estate - Rentals, acreage, gated communities, and build to spec options available•State of the art schools & colleges, a growing economy, beautiful parks, and sports amenitiesI look forward to working with you.Matt Robbins, EVP at Elevate
