We are looking for versatile, energetic crew members to help us navigate the rush and provide top-tier service to every guest. The Mission You are the heart of the operation. One moment you're in the drive-thru, the next you're crafting a latte, prepping a breakfast sandwich, or stirring up a cocktail. Key Responsibilities: Dual-Channel Service: Manage both the In-Store Register and the Drive-Thru headset with speed, accuracy, and a friendly attitude. The Barista & Bar: Craft specialty espresso drinks and safely serve alcoholic beverages according to local laws. The Galley: Prepare and plate food offerings with consistency and efficiency. Flight Logistics: Handle cash and digital payments accurately while maintaining a fast "Time-to-Window" for drive-thru customers. Hangar Maintenance: Keep all stations (Coffee, Kitchen, Lounge, and Bar) clean, stocked, and ready for the next rush. Who You Are Multitasking Pro: You can handle a headset in one ear while ringing up a customer in front of you without breaking a sweat. Age Requirement: Must be 18+ to comply with state laws for serving alcoholic beverages. Reliable Navigator: You show up on time, every time. We can't fly a plane without the crew! Clear Communicator: You have a "radio-ready" voice for the drive-thru and a welcoming spirit for in-person guests. Experience: Previous experience in coffee, fast food (drive-thru), or alcohol service is a major plus. Why Join the Crew?
