Title: Fleet Manager Industry: Industrial ConstructionSalary: Based on experience + benefits Duration: Direct Hire Location: Onsite in Houston, TX Skills: Fleet management, large fleets (200+ vehicles), Fleet Management SoftwareLike to Have Skills: Electrical Construction, bucket trucks, PE BackgroundOverview: Manage fleet management systems, GPS/telematics platforms, fuel card programs, toll accounts, and maintenance tracking tools.Use data to monitor mileage, idle time, speeding, harsh braking, fuel usage, maintenance compliance, and utilization.Develop dashboards and reporting for executive leadership and operating units.Identify opportunities to reduce fuel cost, maintenance spend, improve driver performance, and increase asset productivity.Ensure field leaders and drivers are properly trained on fleet-related systems and expectations. Manage the day-to-day operations of a fleet of 300+ trucks, vans, and related equipment.Maintain an accurate fleet inventory, including vehicle assignments, locations, mileage, registrations, inspections, titles, insurance, and asset status.
