This 9-month, fully onsite contract role is execution-focused and ideal for a self-directed professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments, closing open loops, and working across engineering, operations, facilities, and supply chain teams.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a central point of coordination across multiple teams and departmentsProactively chase down open items, action items, and unanswered questionsPrepare clear status updates, trackers, and summaries for project leadersEnsure details are documented, organized, and easy for others to consumeCoordinate the identification, cataloging, and organization of spare parts across labs and storage areasWork with engineers, technicians, and supply chain partners to confirm part ownership, physical storage locations, and documentation and traceabilityMaintain accurate inventory records (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems) that are clean, searchable, and auditableHelp establish consistent processes for labeling, storage, and ownership assignmentSupport lab clean up efforts by tracking items that are obsolete, unused, or unownedCoordinate with stakeholders to determine disposition (retain, relocate, dispose)Track clean up actions to completion and ensure labs are clearly organized and documentedRequired SkillsStrong administrative and project coordination skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a process-minded approachComfortable managing trackers, lists, and documentation with accuracy and consistencyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and proactively without close supervisionComfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and following up persistently but professionallyWillingness to work fully onsite in a lab/operations environmentxxRequired ExperienceExperience supporting inventory, operations, facilities, engineering, or lab environmentsFamiliarity with spare parts, equipment, or asset tracking (formal or informal systems)Experience in contract or project-based administrative rolesBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientWe are a leading provider of data storage solutions, committed to innovation, sustainability, and employee development.
