Maintain comprehensive records of all tracking activities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for audits. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to verify product conditions during transit and upon receipt. Support compliance with industry regulations by ensuring proper documentation and traceability standards are met. Assist in training team members on tracking procedures, system usage, and best practices for effective traceability. Qualifications Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related roles with a focus on tracking or documentation. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in using tracking software, databases, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Excellent communication skills for coordinating across multiple departments and external partners. Ability to analyze data, identify issues promptly, and implement effective solutions. Experience working with products requiring strict traceability such as pharmaceuticals, food products, or high-value goods is a plus. Knowledge of industry regulations related to tracking and documentation is advantageous.
