We are committed to strong clinical standards, consistent operations, and long-term partnerships that support meaningful patient outcomes.Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - West Fargo, NDBlue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Eventide Sheyenne Crossing .This role focuses on delivering skilled physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapy Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, pain management, and overall functional independence.What You'll DoProvide skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with established plans of careImplement individualized treatment programs focused on functional and measurable outcomesTreat adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting and rehabilitation settingsMonitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical TherapistMaintain timely, accurate documentation to support quality care and reimbursement standardsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomesRequirementsWhat You BringGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant programCurrent Physical Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable stateExperience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferredStrong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skillsCommitment to patient-centered care and professional standardsWhy Blue Stone Therapy?We believe exceptional care begins with exceptional clinicians.
