DETAILS ABOUT THE PROJECT:The Senior Product Manager – Consumer is responsible for defining, owning, and executing the product vision and roadmap for customer-facing digital products supporting AT&T’s Consumer business. This role partners closely with engineering, UX, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact digital experiences across web and mobile channels. The role acts as the CEO of the product, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from strategy through launch and in-life optimization, with a strong focus on customer experience, commercial outcomes, and data-driven decision making. DETAILS OF THE CANDIDATES’ SKILLS NEEDED INCLUDING MANDATORY SKILLS & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionTranslate AT&T Consumer business strategy into clear product vision, strategy, and roadmapOwn and maintain short-term and long-term product roadmaps aligned to business prioritiesIdentify customer problems and market opportunities using qualitative and quantitative insightsDefine success metrics and KPIs tied to customer experience, adoption, and revenue outcomesExecution & DeliveryLead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimizationWrite high-level product requirements, epics, and features; partner with Product Owners for detailed user storiesPrioritize backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibilityParticipate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning, refinement, and release executionCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with UX/UI, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teamsAct as primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teamsProvide clear direction and trade-off decisions to ensure timely deliverySupport product marketing with positioning, key differentiators, and launch messagingCustomer & Market FocusLeverage VOC, analytics, A/B testing, and customer research to inform product decisionsMonitor competitive landscape and benchmark AT&T products against competitorsContinuously improve customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, self-service, and retention flowsBusiness & Performance ManagementOwn the business case for product initiatives and featuresTrack product performance and provide regular insights and reporting to leadershipDrive measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, NPS, and operational efficiency Required Qualifications6–10+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2C digital productsStrong experience with digital commerce, customer journeys, or self-service platformsProven ability to manage complex, customer-facing products at scaleExperience working in Agile / Scrum / SAFe environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skillsExperience collaborating closely with UX and engineering teams (UI/UX exposure required) Preferred QualificationsExperience in telecom, wireless, broadband, or large-scale consumer platformsBackground in eCommerce, digital acquisition, or mobile/web product ecosystemsFamiliarity with product analytics, experimentation, and VOC toolsMBA or advanced degree preferredProduct certifications (CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic, etc.) are a plus
