Client Services Coordinator - Auto Tag & Title Services

Job Description Boca Auto Tag & Title is a small, family-owned agency providing high-touch, concierge-level service for vehicle title and registration processing.We are not the DMV — we work directly with the DMV and Tax Collector on behalf of our clients to complete transactions accurately and efficiently.We are seeking a professional, energetic, detail-oriented, and client-focused individual to join our team in a front-facing role that combines customer experience and administrative support.Position OverviewThis role serves as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and by phone/email. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing client interactions with professionalism and clarity, while also supporting the internal processing of applications and documentation.This is a structured, fast-paced environment that requires both strong communication skills and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience (Primary Focus):Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer incoming calls and respond to emails with clear, accurate informationGuide clients through service requirements, timelines, and next stepsMaintain an organized and efficient front desk environmentAdministrative & Processing Support (Secondary):Review and organize vehicle title and registration paperworkScan and upload client documents into internal systemsPrepare application packets for submission to the Tax CollectorSupport the processing team with day-to-day administrative tasksQualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with clientsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with structured processes and legal documentationComfortable working with multiple document formats (PDF, Word, email attachments) and maintaining organized digital files within a structured workflowPreferred ExperienceCustomer-facing roles such as hospitality, front desk, or administrative supportExperience with vehicle title work, DMV, tax collector offices, or dealerships (a plus, but not required)Additional InformationThis is a paperwork-intensive role requiring accuracy and organizationThe position involves frequent client interaction throughout the dayWe provide a premium, service-focused experience for our clientsThis role offers the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in the vehicle title and registration process, which is valuable experience for those interested in the automotive, dealership, or auction industries.For those interested in cars, this is a great opportunity to gain insight into the administrative side of vehicle ownership, sales, and registration.Position DetailsMonday–Friday, daytime hours (no weekends)In-person position located in Boca Raton, Florida
