Front Desk Receptionist - Behavioral HealthcareStatus: Full-Time Shift: Sun 8a-4p, Monday 8a-4p, Tues 8a-4p, Friday 8a-4p and Sat 4p-8pm) = 36 hrs per week Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Locations: 763 North 1650 West, SPRINGVILLE and 4501 N. Expand your experience and energize your career in behavioral health Your Responsibilities will include: Responds to direct requests or questions from customers in a timely manner Responsible for completing daily reception duties during assigned shift Responsible for communicating to the reception team of critical and informative information; updating the communication log at the end of every shift Collaborate with other departments to assist with requests and shift coverage Order and maintain office and visit room supplies Qualifications: MUST be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal history background check and drug screen Acceptable oral and written communication skills Ability to maintain information as highly confidential and familiarity with medical and psychological terminology preferred Skilled in dealing courteously with the public, staff and patients within the school EEO Statement- We believe that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success.
