Role Description We are seeking a full-time Plant Controller to join our team on-site at our Plain Dealing, LA location. The Plant Controller will oversee financial activities, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing fixed assets, and conducting cost accounting. This role will ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations while supporting decision-making through financial insights. Additionally, the Plant Controller will collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance and support strategic initiatives. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Statements and Fixed Assets managementProficiency in Cost Accounting and related processesStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret financial dataComprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and practicesProficiency with accounting software and financial reporting toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or CMA certification is a plus
