Key ResponsibilitiesProvide superior customer care by troubleshooting issues related to products, services, and patient enrollment
Respond to inquiries and manage ticket/email communications in a timely manner
Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with customers and internal associatesRequired QualificationsMinimum of 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
Experience in a patient or healthcare provider-focused environment preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook
Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, preferably Salesforce.com
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
