Candidates will care for patients post-surgery. The typical patient ratio is 1 RN to 2 patients; for critical cases, the ratio may be 1 RN to 1 patient. Flexibility with hours is required. The unit typically performs procedures such as craniotomies and orthopedic surgeries. An on-call requirement exists, with a 30-minute response time. Candidates should possess a great attitude and ability to manage stress effectively. Patient experience is prioritized in the unit.
