Digital Print OperatorThomas Sign & Awning is looking for a Digital Print Operator. This position supports our vinyl department and requires the operation of a Vutek or similar large format printer.Main Responsibilities Include:Setup of digital print production filesOperating a Vutek large format printerLaminating graphics post-printOccasional use of vinyl plotterWriting up material requirements for vinyl & ink needsInsuring the supply of ink and vinyl substrates meet production needsSchedule all maintenance for machine as needed.Occasionally assist vinyl department in application of graphicsRequirements:2 years of experience operating a Vutek or similar large format printerExperience with setup of digital print files, using RIP SoftwareExperience with applying vinyl graphicsPositive and professional attitudeAbility to work within a team environmentDesire to continuously learn and improve skillset and keep up with the latest advancements in the digital printing industryAvailable to work overtime hours as needed
