Helios, based in New York, seeks a Staff/Senior Software Engineer for Agent Engineering to advance the agent runtime powering Proxi. You will own long-running multi-agent workflows, ensure safe tool use, and tightly couple reasoning with authoritative evidence across government-grade tasks. The role requires shipping production LLM or agent systems beyond prototype, diagnosing nondeterministic failures, and balancing autonomy with controlled workflows.
