About the Role:As a Cook-Cook II at CPH Management LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook a variety of dishes while adhering to the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus, ensuring that all meals are not only delicious but also visually appealing. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ultimately, your contributions will help create memorable dining experiences that enhance our guests' overall satisfaction and enjoyment.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.Preferred Qualifications:Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution.Experience in a high-volume kitchen setting.Familiarity with various cooking techniques and cuisines.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.Skills:The required skills for this position include strong culinary abilities, which will be utilized daily in preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes. Attention to detail is essential, as you will need to follow recipes precisely and ensure that all meals meet quality standards. Time management skills will be crucial in coordinating multiple orders and ensuring timely service during peak hours.
