Quality Assurance Technician

Job Title: Quality Assurance TechnicianJob DescriptionOversee all aspects of label management, including receipt, approval, issuance, inventory, and reconciliation. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming labels using measuring instruments and specifications. Perform daily inspections of manufacturing areas and verify balances/scales to ensure compliance. Review and disposition manufacturing records and finished products in the ERP system. Issue and maintain packaging instructions, specifications, and quality documentation. Assist in writing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain up-to-date SOP manuals. Support internal and external audits, investigations, and regulatory compliance activities. Provide guidance and support to colleagues on quality principles and best practices. Serve as a backup for incoming inspection and participate in internal audits as needed.
