Hiring Entity: Accurant InternationalLocation: HybridStatus: ExemptSalary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 DOEJob Title: Human Resources CoordinatorPosition DescriptionAs the Human Resources Coordinator at our growing company, you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day human resource functions including recruiting support, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and fostering a positive work environment.Job ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Support: Posting jobs, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and initiating background checks.Onboarding/Offboarding: Coordinating new hire orientations, creating employee files, and processing termination paperwork.HRIS and Record Maintenance: Updating employee data, ensuring confidentiality, and maintaining accurate, compliant digital employee files.Benefits Support: Conduct new hire benefits meetings, benefit enrollment, QLE changes, and reconciling benefit invoices.Employee Relations: Serving as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.Compliance: Ensuring I-9 compliance and staying updated on local/federal labor laws.Assist with performance review process.Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and events as needed.Ability to establish trusting relationships with employees and company leadership.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong HR experience with end-to-end HR administrative execution; 3+ years of HR experience required.Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proven, hands-on experience with HRIS Systems.Benefits administration experience including vendor partnership and employee support.Experience managing leaves of absence and coordinating with third-party administrators.Excel v-lookups and pivot tables a plus.About UsAccurant International offers innovative solutions to tackle pressing climate and energy technology challenges through our portfolio companies.
