What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Client Services Manager within our Corpay Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will manage productivity, professionalism and the overall development of clients as assigned as a part of their book of business. The Client Services Manager will help ensure that all teams within Corpay are working for the benefit of Corpay, its employees, and its customers. In addition, the Client Services Manager will participate in a variety of projects, work groups and events based on department and company needs. The role will include negotiating renewals and contract ownership for small to mid-sized clients. You will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.How We WorkAs a Client Services Manager, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in Wichita, KSCompany-issued equipmentFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Maintaining and developing relationships between Account Managers and Clients, which includes:Productivity and status reports for clientsManaging and interacting with assigned Account Managers in their responsibilities to hold a full knowledge base on their individual clientsMeeting all Renewal Requirements within the assigned book of businessEnsuring that all escalated client issues are addressed and resolved in a timely mannerPromoting accuracy in all client activity, along with a superior level of serviceReviewing and monitoring all client activities related to ensure that service levels are consistent, promote synergies and work towards product enhancement for all lines of businessMonitoring and tracking the profitability of accounts; ensure that all Corpay metrics are being metMonitoring and tracking the production of accounts; this includes but is not limited to, total room nights, revenue, income, income per block, income per reservation, decline %, etcScheduling Client Quarterly reviews in conjunction with the Account ManagerPromoting all new product solutions to assigned book of businessRecapping productivity of all assigned accounts and monitor trends for reportsParticipating and/or coordinating of projects, workgroups and eventsResponsible for all other duties assigned as neededQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline (preferred)3+ years of hands-on operational experience at Corpay Lodging or 3-5 years previous account management or supervisor experienceDemonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplaceCritical thinker with ability to address business issues keeping the entire business in focusSubject matter expert for all policies and procedures within CLSProven strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsNotable successes in collaborating to achieve winning outcomesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and OutlookSolid people management skills in goal setting, delegating and coachingBenefits & PerksMedical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements)Virtual fitness classes offered company-wideRobust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer timeEmployee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)Philanthropic support with both local and national organizationsFun culture with company-wide contests and prizesEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action EmployerCorpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
