Ensures division operates with afocus on customer service and is responsive to community needs relative to affordable housing,community development activities, administration of applicable state and federal grants,housing inspections services and housing programs.Minimum Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, OtherBachelor s degree from an accredited educational institution and three to five years of relatedexperience; or a masters degree and one to three years of related experience; or seven to nineyears of related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.Degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business, or related. Experience in federalgrant administration, affordable housing, community development, or housing regulations.
