Regional Sales Director - ( IT and Software Company Only) - USA
Represents a balanced sales effort for range of software products and services knowledge and selling skills. Owning and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting account management / customer relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives Effectively communicate the values proposition through proposals and presentations Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Understands customer’s decision-making process, goals, objectives and strategies. Strong business and financial acumen Should have strong account engagement skills Proven sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding targets in software product sales Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales director Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Demonstrate experience as head of sales, developing client focussed, differentiated and achievable solutions Excelling verbal and written communication skills Excellent negotiation and leadership skills Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / Business Administration and relevant field Minimum 10-12 years BD/ Sales in software and IT Services Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Boston, VA 22713: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Boston, VA 22713
