Operations & Maintenance Cloud Engineer

Overview In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for IT and application production issues, triaging and resolving incidents while coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will monitor cloud environments, enforce reliable performance, and guide best practices for maintenance and recovery. You’ll mentor colleagues, support after-hours remediation, and ensure SLAs are met, contributing to critical national missions in the CBP TPSD program.
